1. Services
RED LABS provides website design and development services including bespoke builds, design customisation, and performance audits. Service details and pricing are communicated prior to engagement.
2. Design Sales
Designs are sold as digital products. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the design for a single project. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of designs is prohibited.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by email. Designs are delivered after payment confirmation.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs and code remain the intellectual property of RED LABS. You receive a usage license, not ownership of the underlying code.
5. Limitation of Liability
RED LABS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs or services.
